Walnut Caramel Pie


Hmmmm......all I can say about this pie is: I love it, and my darling loves it because it is a caramel pie. My darling just loves caramel. The pate brisee pastry is so fluffy. And to complete it, I drizzled some melted chocolate on top.

I was inspired to bake this Walnut Caramel Pie after seeing one that was made by a friend of mine, D who is attending a baking school now. Lots of time I saw pictures of her mouth-watering productions from her baking school. It looks so good and I just gotta try to make it after getting a recipe from her. I hope she will give me more recipes to try out.
