Snowman Gingerbread Cake

Snowman Gingerbread Cake with White Royal Icing

Each year passes by faster than the last and every passing year add a year to one's age. Without realizing it, Christmas is just around the corner in less than 2 months time. To some families and friends, they might have already started making Christmas plans and organizing Christmas parties. And all in all, Christmas Baked Goodies is not something can be left out in any Christmas parties.

My plan for this week is to start making Christmas Baked Goodies for my families, friends and customers to sample. I believe in planing ahead so that I will not fail any order requests from you all.

Most Christmas Goodies is all about spices....all spice, mix spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, etc. There's no exception with this Gingerbread Cake which taste and smell good with a combination of spices and the texture of this cake is moist and flavourful. The cake is not so sweet otherwise it will be extremely sweet to pair it with royal icing.

I personally would prefer Cream Cheese or Whipped Cream to go with this flavourful cake but timing will not permit for this cake to be stored in room temperature. Thus my choice will be the one without full icing.

Enjoy!
