Mini Kiwi Fruity Sponge

Mini Kiwi Fruity Sponge

I have some extra batter from the Durian Swiss Roll that I baked for my in-laws (my square pan is slightly too small for my recipe)....I was wondering for a while what should I do with it? So I just pour it into a mini round cake tin, chucked it into the oven at 200C and go through my refrigerator and see what I can use for this mini cake....something that me and my princess will eat.....kiwi? or chocolate? Too lazy to melt the chocolate....so I was left with only one choice....the kiwi and the whipped cream that I whipped for the Durian Swiss Roll.
I bought a new set of piping tips last weekend when I went 'baking' shopping with my sister and aunties....supposedly they are the one who wants to buy baking ingredients and I am just the driver......but my mild shopaholic syndrome get a better hold of me.....I can't go home empty handed.....and I ended up buying quite a fair bit of things that I need and I don't need in near future....
So here I was trying out with some of the tips on this mini cake...that's why you can't really see what is the design that I actually intend to do....cuz I was just squeezing the icing here and there with different tips...and I cover up those mess with some kiwi slices on top.....hahaha....clever me to cover up those mess.....
