Danish

Danish

Danish is always a favourite to a lot of people, whether eaten plain, with jam & butter or with savoury filling but the fats and butter content in a danish will always make one stopped & think a while before eating it. But this danish is so flaky and with reduced butter, I can't help but ate 3 while my husband ate 5 for tea this afternoon. I made 2 types of danish this afternoon....plain and with potato curry filling....the potato curry still needs improvement as it was too wet that it was so hard to try to put in more filling.....we prefer more filling in a danish.
This danish pastry is better and further improved compared to the previous danish that I made because this is less oily, less butter, and  got more layers of pastry......
