Loh Mai Fan (Chinese Glutinous Rice)

Chinese Loh Mai Fan


A signature Chinese dish that is well-liked by many....usually steam over a steamer after soaking the glutinous rice overnight.....but my version is cooked in a rice cooker....fast and convenience. Garnished with some spring onion, fried shallots and red chilies and served.....
