Random CNY Cooking & Baking

 One of the many elaborate dining we had during Chinese New Year.....


Cream of Potato & Bacon Soup
Roast Pork Shoulder
Sliced and served with Apple Sauce
Apple Sauce, the all-time recommended sauce for roast meat but we prefer it with mushroom sauce.
Roast Chicken with Bacon and Chestnut Stuffings (inside)

The stuffings was great. My new favourite roast chicken style....with lots of rosemary, thyme and stuffings

Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

Tomato Sauce made with plum tomatoes, mushrooms, olive and some rocket. Light and just right to go with all the meats that we have above.
