| Cinnamon Ginger Cookies with Royal Icing This cookies is a special request of my sister's friend after she tried my Cinnamon Cookies. I hope she will love it. I reduce the ginger powder in this cookies as I was afraid that the ginger taste might be too strong but guess I was wrong. The next time I make this cookies again, I am gonna double it. I bought a new Gourmet Writer Pen  from Americolor....quite cool as it is much easier to write or draw with a pen than with a piping tip. |
