Mini Durian Layer Cake with Whipped Cream Frosting
I did a baking marathon yesterday since I have visitors and I am visiting. So after I baked the Blueberry Cupcakes with Whipped Cream Frosting, I baked 2 mini Durian Layer Cake. The cupcakes is for the young one and the Durian Layer Cake is for those who enjoy Durian....well I fall into the young category since I don't enjoy Durian. Since it is a mini size cake, it is just perfect to cut into 4 servings only per cake.
My next assignment will be Durian Swiss Roll (I failed on my first attempt)......
