Blueberry Cupcakes with Whipped Cream Frosting
Remember I was talking about a relative might be coming to visit in my last post. Well they will be coming tomorrow and today I baked some blueberry muffins and whipped up some cream for decoration as I need something not too sweet for the kids. I am quite fuzzy when it comes to sugar intake for kids even though I like to bake cakes, cupcakes, etc. I always make sure that I put the most minimum sugar, just to have enough sweetness to ensure that sweet desserts are supposed to be sweet sort of taste. I hope they will like it......
