Finally I managed to roll up a swiss roll after 2 attempts. My first attempt....the cake was too sticky that the moment I roll it, it broke into pieces....so disappointing to see all the eggs, flour, sugar went into the dustbin. Or maybe that day there was too many distractions and suggestions on the right way to do it.....hahaha......the truth or excuses? Either one, the most important part is never give up....and here you are....I present to you.....my first SWISS ROLL......
