Truffle Au Chocolate

Truffle Au Chocolate
Truffles was first originated from France and named after its resemblance to the truffle fungus. Chocolate Truffle is traditionally made with chocolate ganache in the center and coated in chocolate or cocoa powder.
So for my version of Truffle Au Chocolate, I coated it in cocoa powder, dark chocolate and also crushed walnut and it is best served chilled.
