Mango Prawn Canapes
Canapes, a hors d'oeuvre....something that I never make before. I only thought of making it the morning of the party and use all the guests as my guinea pig.....what a risk! But I wanted something easy to make and easy to eat. It was a backup plan in case my Cream Caramel didn't turn out as I planned. But thanked god.....both turn out good.
The Mango Prawn salsa was good.....very asian with the use of coriander, onion and lime juice as the dressing for the cooked prawn and mango. |
