Oreo Cupcakes with Whipped Cream Frosting & Modelling Chocolate

I made this cupcakes this evening, so that I can bring it over to the Mooncake Festival's party at a cousin's house. It has been a norm for me to bring over cakes or cookies to party or gathering since I started baking. I find it very warm and cozy to give the host something that I made it myself.....the sincerity and love that can't be bought from store.
 Normally I use cream cheese frosting for Oreo Cupcakes but since I still have some whipped cream and modelling chocolate in my refrigerator, I decided to try on a different frosting this time (also to clear up my refrigerator). I use the gel paste to add a light tint of pink to the whipped cream, strawberry chocolate and dark chocolate for the modelling chocolate. Alright the cupcakes is moist with just the right amount of sweetness and there're chunk of oreo cookies in almost every bite I took. The frosting is light and does not overpowered the taste of the cake but if one like something creamier then the cream cheese frosting will be much more delicious.
I wanted to pack this cupcakes into a nicer cupcakes' box with cupcakes' holder but I accidentally use the wrong box when I gave my sister some cupcakes last weekend so now the holder can't fit into the normal box.....so sad.....ok the sad part is over! Cuz what count most is the taste of the cupcakes.....do you agree with me?
