Chocolate Chips & Pecan Cookies
The last time I baked cookies was like 3 months back when I first got my oven.
Today I think back and realized how much I have learn from books and on internet about cooking & baking and the good & uneatable food that I have managed to prepare for my family & friends.
The moment I got back from work after a heavy seafood dinner with my darling & princess, I dig out my first cookies recipe and aimed to make it even more presentable than the last. The only changes I made in the recipe this time is change the walnut to pecan nuts (the only available nuts in my fridge) and add a little ribbon decoration to the cookies to make it more presentable. So tomorrow I can give some to my niece (sorry little nephew you gotta wait another year before you can eat it).
Well time to think of what to bake for a visiting relative this Sunday....'thinking cap ON'
