I baked this cupcakes for my sister-in-law's early birthday celebration....a steamboat party. A cousin requested it the morning of the party and prefer cupcakes as it was mainly for the kids.....the Chocolate frosting was great that some kids just ate up all the frosting and leave the cupcakes to their parents......well the sacrifices that parents have to go through (eating leftover of their kids)......
