A little creation for one of our family member's birthday. Not so sweet, just right for those who has a low tolerance for sweetness. The whole cake is frosted with whipped cream and decorated with fresh strawberries. A layer of fresh strawberries sandwiched between this 2-layer cake added more zest to this wholesome cake. The first attempt is a bit of disappointment but we do love the outcome of the second attempt (as per picture above) which turn out so perfectly soft and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness and one can taste the freshness of strawberries in every mouthful one's took. The whole cake just dissapeared the moment it was served despite that everyone just had a hearty buffet.
